My account was deleted off my computer and I was still being charged. I contacted my credit card and told them to stop accepting charges.
I can't get a hold of anyone at the company and I have no idea what this charge is for
I hadn't used my computer for several years. It needed upgrading and it is a one-time charge.
It showed up on my statement yesterday.

I have no account with Driversupportbill.com but I have had 9 charges of $9.99 per month since last March! There is no way to reach these people! I sent them an email and they sent an automated reply that they cannot find my account!

"Driver support" charge appeared on our bank account 9/2/2025. I will report to our bank and ask them to take action against the entity making these charges.
