This just showed up on my credit card statement for $7.00. What is this?
I called the toll free number on the line item in credit card statement. It said it's "Egencia" which is our companies travel 'agency'.
additional fee from Egencia, travel site.
I got a $7 fee also then next day it disappeared. That is concerning they can do that with giving advance notice then to retract it?
2 months ago I started seeing a $2.00 charge on my company credit card. I have no idea what this is.
