SCAM. My husband ordered a coat of arm family shield while he was on deployment. After eight months it finally came in and was completely WRONG. The family origin was wrong, and last name was completely misspelled. Also the product ordered was metal, even says on website that it is supposed to be metal. It was PLASTIC! I told customer service that the product was wrong, and the representative I spoke with said that they display their products. The product my husband saw was metal, he even felt it and picked it up. Even the product on the website says that it is light metal. NOT PLASTIC! If I'm not mistaken, plastic does not cost $600! I called customer service to see about getting my money back, and spoke to Chris (CS manager). I explained to him what happened, and he told me "Are you sure he didn't like it? I think he did. We can't give you your money back." I've never received such horrible customer service before. You cannot tell me that I am not unsatisfied with a product! He told me that the product is supposed to be plastic...then why does it say metal on the website?! I do not want a new product, I just want my money back. It is ridiculous that a product that they had EIGHT months to make, was completely wrong. BIGGEST SCAM EVER
