app supposed to let me recover deleted messenges from Messenger. Free for one week; my expiration date was 10/21/23. Could not make it work; cancelled from Google Play via Messenger 10/18/23 and again from web page online on 10/19/23. Debit card charged on 10/22/23, $14.95 and would continue to do so weekly without cancellation. Found a phone # on my bank statement; called and waited more than an hour to reach a CSR. Never did. Company makes it ridiculously difficult to cancel, which is terrible service backed by Google. Very disappointed and irritated.
