They try taking money out of my acct .I have no clue how they got my cc info

this is the second time I've been charged by these people. I have no idea what its for

Yes, for me it’s came from an app : Insta Track. They charge you 0,97 euros for a trial than 88,61 euros a week after. Fortunately my bank blocked the transaction that she found suspicious.

I have never heard of this and they charged my card without my knowledge.

Healthy.online keeps showing up on my account for $18.99 it's on all my accounts no clue how. I'm not happy about it and something should be done about how they are getting my info.

They have tried several times to get 18.99 from my card lucky my balance was too low or it probably would have worked out in their favor. There is no contact info for the website?

Just looked at my bank statement right now I have a "pending" $18.99 for healthy.online . I have no clue what or how this is pending. I don't have a clue to what this alleged company is I am going to be speaking to my attorney and my bank about this because this is very fraudulent and I am not happy because it is okay to take money from me that is not theirs. Not able to do to the fact of money coming out of my account I'm not aware of not okay very not okay

My Apple card has been suspended for protection because they charged me twice and now with the new number they charged me twice again. 89.99. And yes as a comment I saw above I too used the Insta Track

This "healthy.online" charge showed up after "Huracan App" sent me an email that my "subscription" through September apparently had expired, right before they sent me a bill for $89.99! This was July 25, 2022. It was a red flag because I never heard of this company and why would they say my subscription expired (that supposedly goes into the next 2 months??) and then bill me? I did some digging. Unfortunately I *did* authorize the initial charge of $1 when I downloaded a silly app from an ad on Instagram. The app did not work. And then I saw the "subscription" charge of $89.99 inside the app only after the signup process. When I realized it was not legit, I cancelled the account immediately afterwards, minutes after signing up. I got a confirmation screen that popped up inside the app, but they never sent me a cancellation confirmation email. The app did not work so I uninstalled it. The company now claims they never received a cancellation and charged me the $89.99. Don't ever grant Instagram access to debit card info. I have now learned the hard way. This is a predatory scam.

This is the second time they have fraudulently charged me $89. **HAS ANYONE DOWNLOADED THE MYFITNESSPAL APP OR SIMILAR HEALTH APPS** I'm pretty sure this is where they get your info. I downloaded the myfitnesspal app, saw that the charge after the free trial would be $89, laughed, ended my trial and deleted the app that day. My apple account SHOWS that I cancelled the trial immediately, yet they are fraudulently charging me. I have emailed them, called them, and texted with their fake support. Six days ago I was assured I'd be refunded the $179. When I inquired about it today they told me there would be no refund- only a "a reversal" where the "authorization for charge will drop off". Really?! After two charges have already gone through?! And one from two months ago. Stop playing.

I got it figured out. It's Vibrain LLC. It's from the InstaTracker app frequently downloaded from an Instagram ad. Instead of charging me the $25 I thought I was being charged when I purchased the app, they placed a -$1.00 hold charge on my account, listing themselves as gas, giving them the ability to update that charge amount to whatever they want. I have reported them to the government and to Apple and to my bank's fraud department.

These ^$#!ers took $50 out of my Venmo account and I have no idea who they even are. I’m reading that it might be something from insta but I don’t even have an insta so ????? Super weird and I doubt Venmo is going to be very sympathetic

Have been being charged at least for the past 6 months maybe longer for $18.99/ month . Never heard of this and knew it wasnt a charge of mine so i looked up this company online and it took me straight to google playstore so i found the app in the play store, downloaded it and sent email complaint under the help or ?'s menu selection and have not recieved any response . So i just now tried to go into their app i found last week and it is nothing but a ghosted looking white screen as soon as it opens up. No other contact info or any info online for me to contact . Help!

They are a scam that you come across from "Instagram $#*&yzer". A purchase of $1.00 would be recorded on your credit card from the merchant HEALTHY.ONLINE, so as soon as you see this call your credit card company to block the merchant.

I noticed a charge on my credit card. I had and still have no idea what the charge is for. I contacted customer support and they said they have my information and they will look over it and get back with me.

In the past 2 months they have tried 3 transactions on my account for £88. Each time my bank steps in and declines the transaction so thankfully they haven't been able to get any money from me. But the annoying thing is that each time they try an transaction but bank cancels my card and sends me a new one. So I've had 3 new bank cards in 2 months!

If anyone is still having issues with this company taking money out of their account email them on: support@huracanapps.com I did and they replied to me saying that they have now cancelled my subscription and that I won't have anymore attempts at transactions from my account hopefully 🤞🏽

They got me thru an app run by devroq apps and refuse to respond to any of my emails! Can’t they be reported to fbi or something???

I reported them to federal trade commission and will to attorney general if no refund made everyone should report at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/ Its easy and only takes a couple minutes to complete.
