I initally used an website to find information for someone that I needed for my job. I only authorized .38. I checked my bank statement the following day and there was a charge from them for $49.99, which was not authorized. My bank declined the transaction and refunded my debit card, which has since been cancelled and a new one is on the way. Since my bank declined the charge on my now cancelled debit card, this company put through the same $49.99 charge again only this time using my bank account number.
They put in a charge of $0.19 on my bank account on August 19, 2026.
I signed up because I thought I'd lost my phone. I didn't sign up for a subscription, so cancelled immediately. I still got billed. Cancelled again, and sent 3 messages through their email address. Charge disappeared then I was charged again, with a notice of when my next charge is due. So I cancelled through PayPal.
I used them to find my phone, which did not work anyway. the charge was for 19 cents. The next day I was charged $49 my debit card declined it so the used my visa it was accepted. I tried to call them number has too many numbers and the one my bank gave me was disconnected. still fighting this charge
I was charged twice on my bank statement.
I am unable to cancel Hong Kong Soouya Technology Limited
Noticed this on Pay Pal. First, a .19 cent charge for a trial? of what? Then a 49.98 charge to be made monthly! I'm learning, (slowly), not to click on any kind of "take this quiz" junk. I think that is what their net is.
