Was issued two pairs of glasses and bought two. All had something wrong with them. Wrong prescription, no anti glare, wrong position of bifocal and paid for all edges were to be polished but only one pair was. A feature I had paid for. It took two months to get one pair. They corrected the anti glare, wrong prescription, and bifocal problem over a two month period but did not offer to polish edge of lenses which I had paid for. They made mistakes like they just didn't care. Had difficult time understanding their employee. He was polite but acted as if he had something more important things to do.
