I have asked several time for this comany to remove the charge for the web site that no longer exists. They told me they would stop the change but this has not happened. I am going to contact my lawyer soon is they continue to charge me for a web site that I cancelled several months ago. Carole Tubbs
I just disputed a fraudulent charge to my debit card today (9.4.18) from lycosmail. I never used any of their products. It was a very small amount, but my banking institution advised that this is often the case...small amounts to test, then larger amounts are submitted. When I called the phone number listed on my statement for the transaction, the call did not go through, and lycosmail does not offer phone customer support. One has to create a login online.
