Had never even been in contact with this so called company. Received six charges 4 of 12.84, 1of 12.00, and 1 of 16.94. Having no idea these charges were on my chg. acct., they caused 2 of my checks ( for electricity and cell phone) to be returned, AND AT A CHARGE OF $36.00 EACH!! Now I can't get in touch with them--any ideas of what steps that I should take? sharonjanellehoskins@ yahoo.com
this company has signed me up for 4magazines. I don"t know how to contact them and stop them.
I called the 866 phone number on the charge to my credit card. It turned out to be Diabetic Living Magazine, which in my case was legitimate.
I have no idea who they are or what the charge is for!
Charged by this same company. I called the number and they gave me another number to call. It was for Better Homes and Garden...which I never ordered. I called the number and the individual I spoke with had no record of my name. I had the do a fraud on my debit card.
I continue to get charges and the telephone number they give are non working numbers how do I stop this?

Had to write my credit card company to complain about this issue..they took care of it but its annoying & trouble for my card company.. Someone needs to put a stop to this scam!

Have 2 charges on my card and have not ordered. Am not happy, considering how many years I see comments about this, why have they not been stopped.
I have been charged twice. No one answers the phone number - they have a recording. How do I find these people to get a refund???
A number of magazine services use this same account got billing. Cooking Light and Diabetic Living are two that I know of. Others in this thread have mentioned Better Homes and Gardens. Pretty sure Taste of Home uses it, too.
They (Mdc Magazine Store) keep trying to take $38,52 out of my account. I called today to have them cancel this and they do not show an account for me???? So why are they trying to take $38.52 out of y account, if I do NOT have an account with them???? They said they were going to send it to the cancelation dept. and I would get an email in 3-5 business days if they found an account and would cancel it!
Ordered Maximum magazine subscription on June 24, 2022, for $35.00. Have never received one issue.
MDC*Magazines.com charged my credit card $55.64. They researched the matter after I objected. After a few chat & email exchanges, they denied that the charge was through them. Although not clear, it seems the charge was for Vogue magazine. I am disputing the charge with my credit card.
