A charge of $14.95 appeared on my credit card statement with above description. Called the phone number shown with the description, 629-481-1207, and got a recording saying the number not in service. This aroused my suspicion so I contacted my credit card bank.
Showed up on my bank statement twice in January . I have no idea where it came from. I class it as suspicious.
I discovered the source. It's the Florida Mature Driver Program. It's a 6-hour Internet based course. It shows up on bank statements in the cryptic MDP 6-Hour Internet. So it's legitimate, although they should report to financial institutions in a more readable way.

i too saw this charge on my statement and didn't recognize what it was for. i called the number 629-481-1207, but the line is not in service. thankfully the comments above led me to recall that i bought an online defensive driving course. all is well and the charge is legit.
At first I didn't recognize the charge, then after reading the comments figure it was fraud but remembered I took an online training course for construction management, so it may be a general merchant code for online courses, the one I took was @ em385courses.com which is a legit website. Hope this helps.
Did the same as all of you; looked up the number and read these comments. Yes, I did sign up for a defensive driving course. Cryptic listing, though.
