I was in Exeter and the car park machine said it wasn't accepting card and advised to pay via the notice on the side of the machine , I was with my 6 year old grandson who was playing up , I'm not sure if I scanned the notice but I was confused and I tried paying with my card which was accepted, I paid £3-40 and was issued with a ticket which I put on my dashboard. I have since bee charged £7-58 on the 9 th December and a further £ 2-58 on the 19 December. I have paid for my stay in the carpark in Exeter so why have you taken two unorthorised payments. I would like you to cancel whatever agreement and refund me my money
