I also got charged to my MC on 22/12/2021 on Vietnam currency. my bank questioned the transaction and rejected payment.

I too got charged VND 2276770 on my MC on 25th Dec 21 from MPGSA PACIFIC 2. My bank allowed the transaction to go through without an OTP. Have complained to the bank and awaiting their investigation and response.

On 24 of December a charge of 13800 Vietnamese currency was charge on my bank account and it went through without asking for a confirmation code opt I complained to my bank and waiting for my money back. It’s global I think.
