It's supposed to be a "pay as you go" internet access - for example 7 days costs 14.99 - however, your card will be charged and the window will just close leaving you with no ability to know how it even works. Even a call placed to time warner left me with more frustration since they say they can't find the charge. My advice...don't bother with it. It's not worth the hassle - anything dealing with Time Warner now Spectrum has been nothing but a total hassle
