I just subscribed to an adult website & no limit online was the merchant. I was given no receipt and for the transaction, instead my money was taken with no access to the site
I was charged $7.42, 3 times, Capital one contacted me almost immediately and sent me a new card, I just got my statement today and the charge went to Brazil since the currency converter said BRL, the charge said exchange rate 3.27 and I conformed that with a currency converter. I don't know how someone in Brazil got my credit card number I never talked with anyone from Brazil. Unless it was international crime ring because I did but some ED medication shipped from India but the charge was in China. so that was odd, but also at my job we did have some IT Contractors at my work and my computer was exchanged I forgot to delete all my cookies because I checked my credit card balance from work.
