This is a scam . If you have a membership to a dating site they get your information second hand from cookies and enroll you in a account without your knowledge .report them .
They charged me $44.62 . SCAAM !
monthy charge of 44,62 USD since April 2017 of PAY-BAL.COM, 866-875-8272 Didn't check my credit card account before, used the card only to shop at amazon.de When you search you can find the website pay-bal.com and apply to cancel your account but you don't know for what the account is and since I have applied 2 days ago nothing as a confirmation about that! blocked my card, let's see what pay-bal.com is doing now!!!!
They just tried to charge my card for $10.00 USD. under PAY-BAL.COM 866-875-8272. I haven't signed up for any dating site or anything like that and yet that's what the charge is for. 100% SCAM!
