I was scammed. A Paybridge transaction for Hout Bay Accommodation was fraudulently done on my credit card.
This paybridge people deduct money from my account I didn't even know them or contacted them.
Looks like a scam. I never stayed there or booked accommodation.
Found the same transaction on my company card as well

I just found the transaction origin, it was for accommodation in Forest Edge in Knysna that I paid for. It is not a scam, just the name they use on the statement!
They charged me 61 Euros for something I haven't done, called the bank they can't do anything
The reference ‘paybridge accommodation’ will show on your statement if your card has been used to book accommodation online at a property (guest house, bed & breakfast…etc) that uses the NightsBridge payment gateway PayBridge to process online payments. In my case it was a legitimate payment, I just wasn’t aware that it would show up with that reference. I contacted the guest house and they also confirmed it. Found a guest house in Hout Bay on credit card statement. Did not book this and have not dealt with Paybridge. Appears they have scammed CC from bookings on Booking.com
Mir wurde auch ein Betrag belastet, stimmt aber nicht genau mit meinen Buchungen überein. wie finde ich heraus um welches Hotel es sich handelt?
I have a charge on my card from these people that I do not recognise. I'm not in South Africa nor have I made any bookings through paybridge
Scammed R3.2k hope I can claim back
£1390 was charged to my amex card on 20th Nov 2023. Im in the UK and never made this transaction.
I just woke up to see a substantial amount of money has been debited to a Paybridge Accommodation Cape Town and I never initiated or went to Cape Town. Think am scammed
I have just received my statement. I have not been to Cape Town in years. This is definitely fraud!
