I ordered a pair of frames and they are too large. I need to return them, but there was no packing slip with them. I unknowingly used our old email address, not knowing my husband had changed it. Therefore I did not get a copy of the receipt or the transaction. I did, however get the receipt and transaction numbers. These were paid for with a credit card thru Pay Pal. I need a packing slip and a refund of $72.94. I would appreciate a response from you. Melba

We charged these frames with a credit card. According to our bank statement the charge was charged to our bank account May 19t. I just now realized it was charged to "5SHADES4U". I can't seem to get an information on this business. There is, however a eyeglass business by the name of "4SHADES4U''. What should I do? I have already spoke to someone at pay pal.

I charged a pair of eyeglass frames and paid with a credit card to PayPal. I thought I was getting these from "4SHADES4U''. According to our bank statement the charge was paid to "5SHADES4U''. I can't seem to get any information on this business. There is, however, an eyeglass business by the name of "4SHADES4U". Obviously I've been scammed. What should I do? I have already spoken with someone at paypal.
