Seems to appear when you buy an item on eBay using Paypal under their Global Shipping Program. It is the shipping cost of the item and appears separate from the cost of the item itself.
yes.....i have one just today..........erastus is the main charge........then global shipping for another charge.......i have no idea what these charges are for..........as i havn't bought anything.......i'm going to call my credit card company an see if they can tell me who is behind the charges........this appears to be ....BS!
I have 4 suspicious charges on my credit card including this globalship. I will contact my credit card about these charges. If these are additional charges from e-bay I will not be using them again.
