I had 3 types of services from Trend Micro VPN was cancelled 06/03/2025, Mobile Security was cancelled 10/05/2025, and Maximum Security was cancelled 11/07/2025. All of these services show as cancelled on my account. On July 06,2026 I received a charge from the above RCH Trend Micro san francisco Ca to my Barclayus Credit Card. There should be no reason for me being billed as all my services are cancelled.
A charge of £44.95 appeared on my Bank of Scotland current account on 14th Sept 2026. I had not authorized this payment and require a refund.
