I got a random PP*4166CODE . I have not made any purchases at the time, my account had a few dollars in it so I hadn't been using it at all for about a month. It charged me $1.95. Does anyone know who or what this is?? Why it states its in California when I live in Washington state. Just seems odd to me. Anyone else experiencing this issue???
