It is annual aviation (pilot’s, and student pilot’s) aviation insurance, usually required by FBO’s and flight schools who rent aircraft/hour and won’t let you fly solo without this binder/coverage. Companies should care more about how their annual fees show up in banking staements instead of shopping for the cheapest card services provider. (I fly, buy it, and it threw me when i first saw it).
