Found Storm'' Etc debit, on cc account, after purchasing item from "Living Chic".. All Attempts to Track item result in "No Records" exist .. Tracking through "Living Chic" goes to 404 page
I made purchase thru pay pal on 08/29/2018 have not received merchandise ordered . I sent email to paypal am waiting for their response. I asked them to credit my payment back to the card I used to purchase. I will be very disappointed if this is not done and will not trust pay pal again
