Budget charged me $134.55 for a traffic violation. After contacting the billing dept. they transferred me to violations dept. The agent was not able to locate the charge and transferred me back to customer service. After being on hold for almost half day between three different depts. Budget was not able to clarify what the charge is for. A poor customer service and worst of all ripping off customers is not a good way to do business.
