Abel Car Hire has charged me $45 for cancellation fee although they didn’t have Automatic car for me to hire. I have rented an automatic car last year and quite satisfied with the services. I came back to book a car 2 weeks ago then noticed that they didn’t have automatic cars to hire anymore after I’ve just made a booking online. Then I cancelled my booking within 30 minutes and asked if I still had to pay cancellation fee because of my loyalty to come back to Abel. I didn’t want to cancel if Abel has the automatic car for me. Now I’ve just received a cancellation fee of$45 charge in my account that made me so upset.
