Mistakenly ordered what I thought was going to be a trial of " Protein Powder" and an additional 3 small bags of a collagen supplement... When I checked my Visa account, I discovered a charge for $521.11 (pending) on my account statement...As I am a retiree, I cannot afford this ridiculous amount! I am not able to get hold of the e-mail address and the phone number that I called is "temporarily unavailable"! Could you please look into this matter for me?
