This is an apparent Scam. They nake to subscribe and then make you pay every two weeks 37 euros for the "membership premium". If by any chance you subscribe to this, block your card immediately and ask for a refund
I purchased an item from Smollix online. Checked that the site was secure etc. My credit card has been debited by both Smollix and Boxfunoff. I did not subscribe to anything. Had to cancel my credit card.

Already lost money from my Debit card
They double deducted on the first day, I tried to cancelled but they still deducted now, they are scammers
After signing up and realising it was not correct I cancelled, they still take small amounts at irregular times, currently connected to them via chat no answer yet
OK so I have now been told that I cannot change my details for login etc even though my details have been stolen!!!! This is a scam legal or not!
OK after threatening to inform my bank and the online fraud line as they refused to give me my login info after my detials were stolen they assured me my account is now cloed so I have to wait and see!

Bought and paid for a hand vacuum cleaner after watching an ad on candy crush. Paid. Money left my account. Have absolutely nothing to confirm my purchase. I WILL NOT JUST LEAVE THIS AND WRITE IT OFF. I WILL NOT!

Boxfunoff are scammers. I bought an item of women's clothing ( not from or on their website and no longer contactable on FB) and this has somehow meant I am a subscriber to an online electronics store, purportedly in London but I suspect China. I was illicitly charged a $76.92 subscription fee for a company I had never heard of. Bank contacted & credit card cancelled & police informed.
I had two transaction on my debit card statement to Boxfunoff which I didn't purchase anything from them. I just read the above comment and I also purchased woman clothing from a web site (no long contactable on FB)
i purchased a top from this website 5 days ago have not heard anything from them they have now taken another $82 from my account
Just like so many of the other responders. I purchased 1 item of clothing and received 1 email confirming the purchase. in Dec 2023 That email said I would receive an email when shipped. No further emails were received. The article I ordered was received and my account charged. Now they have deducted a further 76.97 in Jan&feb as they said I did not cancel within 7 days of the electronic equipment membership. I have cancelled my card&informed my bank. IMO this is truly a backdoor way in to scam people of funds. I was never informed, tick any boxes or signed up. They will not be able to deduct again as the card number is destroyed. I hope as many people as can read this about my Boxfunoff scammers.
