This is Mailfence and I have it for my private email service. It is NOT located in the U.S. It is an EXCELLENT mail server if you don't want to get hit with spam and what not. A lot of the free stuff like aol / gmail etc have TONS of unwanted spam. Mailfence does not allow this and the users (such as myself) are willing to pay a few bucks a month (billed annually) to not get spammed by companies we haven't done business with. It ends in XXXX@mailfence.com I've used it for about 3 years. It's overseas but VERY reputable.
