Purchased pc speedpro on 16th feb when I called the number to activate it the person who answered it said that the pc I was using was faulty and wanted to charge me £170 to "fix" it as it was my friends pc I wasn't going to do that , she kindly lent it to me when mine gave up and I was going to use this product to enhance it before giving it back, as a result there was no point in having the product I asked for a refund, he put me through to someone else to process this but I havent heard a thing since, I dont seem to be able to find a contact number unless you subscribe to it, I did inform the bank who put a stop on any other transactions from them, will c what happens but be very aware!
What is this charge for on my credit card?
Just got this charge on my credit card and have no idea what it is for.
I did not order this product. I looked at something on the internet to see what it was but did not order it. Please remove this charge from my credit card. If fact I would like to know where you got my cc # from as I did not provide it. I will be contacting my bank about this charge
I had this too on my Credit Card. First I was shocked too. But it was the bill for my "Intego Virus Barrier" Software. It is a renew for the next year. I must cancel it... :))
I also saw this reference. It was a fee for the software ConnectifyMe, but I couldn't remember.
was for illuminated cloud software licence that I'd bought from US ages ago
