These charges (at least for me) are from Double Dollar Deals thru the local TV station.
First I freaked out then I recognized the charge for MDA Ride & Concert CT | Charity Event for Muscular Dystrophy.

I noticed this on my statement and figured out it was a purchase of a discounted gift certificate from the "Save30 Store" for a local restaurant, purchased through a promotion at the website of my local radio station.
I also freaked out at first - the title is awful! - but then realized that the charge was for tickets to a show purchased through a radio station. Wouldn't have figured it out without this website!
This was a legitimate charge for a golf coupon that I purchased but did not recognize the name so it made me pause for a moment. Not a scam on my card just a weird name for a charge I made.

Purchased 1/2 off coupons for a local pizza restaurant from a local News Station through a program called Be Oue Guest. Get $20 for $10. The name on the charge is definitely confusing! In my case, it is legitimate.
