I used them to talk about my TV which wouldn't work. They told me in order to speak to a tech, I needed to submit 1.00. I authorized my card. They wasn't able to help correct the problem. Told me I needed to contact a local tech. Since that call I have been charged 2 additional times 28.00 each time. I am currently in the process of trying to get my money added back to my account. It is a scam. Not to be trusted.
The took the $46.00 after I canceled my membership
I have been being charged $46.00 a month on my credit card (reported to me by my bank since December, 2021. I have sent a letter to my attorney to dispute this charge. I have NOT used this service and do not even know what it means. I have not had a TV repair of any kind and I am disputing this charge and want a credit for all charges made to my credit card.
Was charged $55.00 by Justanswer TV Repair. Have not had any repair done. Calling m bank to decline the charge.
