Earlier this month, I took my grandson to watch a movie at a Landmark cinema. After the movie, my grandson saw the photo booth and asked to try it out. Twenty dollars later, we had not received any photos, nor did the light panel flash to indicate photos had been taken. Apparently, only I had been taken - for $20.00 via my credit card. I reported the problem to Landmark management immediately. I was told that Landmark doesn't own the Photo Booth operation and I would have to contact Amusement One . I called the number I was given and was told they would email me so I could send them a copy of my bank statement to prove the expenditure had taken place. No problem, but the email never arrived. I want my money returned. My view is that since the Photo Booth is located within a Landmark cinema, the latter has a responsibility to ensure professional business practices on its premises.
