Received an unknown credit "OFFER 05 PROMOTIONAL APR ENDED 8/2/23" on my August CITI statement and then a charge on 08/03 "OFFER 05 MOVED TO STANDARD PURCH" I'm unable to track this charge.
I received the same on my CITI statement and don't know what it is and the $32.84 was reversed but a $2.11 charge was applied. Would like to know what this is for.
