the article has not been received, an email was sent notifying and I still expect an answer.
The emessage on my cell phone reads: "$1.58 available after $$11.81 purchase at PAYPAL *HENANBAISTR 4 CT with your Netspend card ending in..." provides the last four digits of my debit card # & then says: "Reply STOP to stop msgs" I know $11.81 is not a lot if money - but It's mine, or was mine, until "HENANBAISTR 4" got hold of it. I needed it for something very important, which is irrelevant to the point: THIS IS A SCAM??? How do I, or apparently "we", the debit victims, get our money back? It's not even like "credit", where we have time, before payment, to make inquiries concerning the suspicious charge....
