I have just had this appear on my Credit Card statement. Not connected to PayPal account and I'm not aware of it being connected to an actual purchase. Will have to check further with my credit card vendor.
I also received a charge recently for $29.95 from this merchant. Definitely suspicious.
On the 18th of this month I had a statement charged of 599, I have my card in my drawer and have not used it months very suspicious.
