The company is a complete scam. I called dozens of times last year when I was trying to get answers about exactly what their business and company was about. I don't know that I EVER got anyone on the phone during normal business hours. When I chatted with a customer service rep on the website chat option, the different "reps" would give me conflicting information. I am convinced the reps are outsourced (out of the country) just to try to make a sale - one of the reps started attacking me verbally when I asked why the only information I could find online about them was their own website. For about a month, they were telling me that a new option in marketing would be available, many months came and went, and the website and marketing options remain exactly the same. I challenge you to find any reviews of the company online. They told me different starting years for the company on different occasions - if they truly were in business for at least a couple years, you would think there would be a review somewhere.
