I believe this is from the company "Expressions" which is part of "Potpourri Group Inc." (PGI). They have a variety of catalog/internet companies. Some of the subsidiary companies include "Nature's Jewelry" (where I had bought jewelry, found that was indeed the charge on my card), "In the company of Dogs", and "Serengetti". Saw a charge for $14.95 on my credit card statement. Called them and was told that I signed up for some "priority" benefits. Told I was to be billed that amount each month. I told them I had not signed up for anything. They removed the charge and told me that I would not be charged in the future. Does this need to be reported to some state or federal agency?
Never asked for or wanted anything from Expressions. If not removed will take to court. Scam! Capital One Credit Card.
I ordered a Christmas present from this scam outfit in December. What I received was of very inferior quality compared to the picture in the catalog. It is currently May 25, 2022 and I have had charges from their company ever since December.
Scammers and fraudsters. Item was returned on 2July 2022 and their 'returns agent' (what is THAT?) received on 11 July. It's 26 July. Still no refund and no thing but runaround. I will be (1) disputing charge and (2) getting with BBB next.
I have had charges on my credit card for 4 months. I never signed up to receive catalogs and my bank is removing the charges. This is a fraud company. Called the company and got off the so-called list. Beware of this company and check your credit card activity weekly.
