I was charged for an unauthorized transaction on 7-7-22. The amount was $82.00
AGAIN, my debit card was hit on 8-3-22, TODAY for another $40. I'd appreciate it if you'd give me back my money, and pay the cost of replacing my card twice to get away from this.
First offence.
I was suspicious of the charge also. Turned out to be my ophthalmologist charge for eye exam for glasses. Strange billing name, but was legitimist.
After seeing Ragnar's comment, I checked and the $82.00 charge was also for an eye exam.
I thought it was a scam charge , was my eye doctor charging my copay and payment on 2 different accounts.
I got a charge from SEI Back Office Tempe AZ and I didn't recognize it, but after checking it was from my ophthalmologist because they all belong to a corporate office in AZ.

I had the charge for $52 on my credit card a few months ago and when I challenged it, the bank removed it, cancelled my card without notice and reissued a new card. Now, it has happened again. I am afraid to report it becaues they will probably cancel my card again!

Bank of America transaction 7/29/2024 with SEI back office Tempe AZ. amt $16.09 I did not authorize this transaction. I remember viewing hotel reservations online. If I made a reservation, I did not finalize it. I went back and deleted my name etc, I did not use my card at all.
I hope the transaction submitted to my bank in July 29, 2024, does not become a monthly charge to my account. I want to cancel whatever this process is. I want to be refunded $16.09 for the 7/29/2024 transaction that was processed at Bank of America. I do not want your service.

After checking the comments I realized this is not a scam it's a co pay fee for my eye exam from Southwest Eye Institute in El Paso TX
was charged $ 52.00 on my credit card, illegally!
