I don't remember buying this newspaper. I get The Economist magazine.
My credit card was charged by you - I did not authorize the charge - $115.00 - someone needs to call me 412 268 3383 - cancel any subscription you made -
I just noticed a $77 charge against my credit card and I did not subscribe to this paper. How do I discontinue this account
For those who sent 12 issues of the Economist to a friend or relative did not realize that in the fine print of that agreement there was a condition that the subscription would be automatically continued and that is why you are getting charged for the continuation of the Economist sent to a friend or relative. Call customer service 1 800 456 6086 to cancel that subscription.
I am glad to renew my gift subscription, but I had to spend a lot of time trying to find out if this mysterious charge was legitimate and what it was for. I wish that The Economist had sent me a reminder ahead of time, with information about how to cancel, had I wished to do so.
Thank you, Douglas Johnson, for the info regarding cancellation, I had the trial subscription and just got charged $45. I called the numer and spoke to a nice man named Rashad. He is cancelling my subscription and I should get my refund in 7-10 days.
