Yesterday April 18 ,2016 this campaNY USCC IVR CHICAGO IL took $48.00 out of my account they hack in and got my credit card information off my prepaid. I am going to report it to authorities and I'm taken act.
This USCC IVR is US Cellular. My ID was stolen after paying my bill. (NOT ONLINE over the phone) I have had the run around from several supervisors in the company. I would love to know who I could call other than the call line. I am going to try to get legal advice to sue if I can not get assistance. Informing everyone of my experience, I have been a customer of US cellular for over 8 years. Seeking new cel company.

Charge for a month of prepaid service for a U.S. Cellular phone. Legit. I call them every month to pay my phone bill. Be sure never to let them do automatic refills unless you want the charge to show up regularly.
Charged me 36 dollars yesterday, waiting til 10 AM so I can call US Cellular.
I called us cellular automated system to refill my phone minutes..and this is what is on my bank statement.makes more sence now since I prefer prepaid cards
When I dial 233(ADD) to US cellular,I get an automated service to refill my minutes.so the Uscc on my bank statement makes scense now, as I prefer purchasing prepaid cards

I am not a us cellular customer. My card has been charged twice in the last two days for over $100. I tried to contact us cellular to get charges removed for fraudulent activity and they were of no use. They only gave me attitude and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to contact my bank. The rep I spoke with wouldn't even note that they may have hackers using there systems to scam people out of money. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again?

USCC IVR Chicago, il is real and if you have a phone bill from US Cellular then you would your bill is paid
I never used it & the charge of &100 is on my credit card. Can't find phone number for them.
