I thought this was a suspicious transaction so I put my card on hold, upon reviewing it turns out it was for the purchase of Keisei Skyliner express train tickets (from Narita Tokyo airport) - the amount was not deducted when I reserved the tickets but rather when I exchanged the voucher for physical train tickets at the airport.
The charge came almost a week late so it thought it was sketchy but it seems to be actually for the skyliner.
Can confirm this is for the Keisei Skyliner online purchase.
Thanks to the other people in the comments, I too have just worked out that this was not a suspicious payment but actually my ticket for the Keisei Skyliner likewise. In case any else has a different location for their transaction, I was charged from WEB STORE FOR FOREIGNER YACHIYO JP.
