Checked my acct, to update, and this has charged me for something I didn't order! What can I do?
I just found this charge on my credit card statement and have reported it.
When i noticed this charge on my credit card statement I notified my bank that this was an unauthorized charge and i filled out the proper paperwork to get it removed.
Received letter stating the bank declined their payment and wanting me to send cc info to them. I never heard of this company prior to receiving this letter. Good thing that the bank had already closed the account.
