This was charged to my credit card. I reported it as fraud. My cc company B of A sent it through as unrecognized charge, closed the dispute and added it back to my statement. This is fraud and has been reported repeatedly by others as fraud. Total crap the hassle this is to get this not to be my responsibility. I don't even know what was ordered and there is no contact information on my statement for the Vendor Dell Higher Education. Frustrating!

This was charged to my debit card this morning. What a hassle. Now I have to wait for my bank to issue a new debit card (again). The amount charged was substantial - $1,206. Cannot afford to have this amount withdrawn from my account right now! Fraudulent debit card use is on the rise. This is now the fourth time my debit card has been compromised. Each time I have to wait for a new debit card to arrive in the mail, usually 7-10 days, which is also a hassle because I do not like to use my credit card for everyday purchases. Very frustrating. I trust that my bank will restore the funds once they find out that this is a scam.

I received an email from my CC Company stated that a charge from Dell-Dell Higher Ed for $1900.00 was attempted but thankfully my CC Company (Citibank) caught it and declined the charge, I do not understand why Dell is so complacent with this fraud, I guess it would be because they do not care and its all about the money-a real shock there. I do have the hassle of waiting for a new credit card but at least the charge never went through.
