I made a reservation and thought that I was making it directly to Grand Palladium and it was through this agency that I was not able to contact afterwards to change the reservation and I paid them for one night stay. Grand Palladium could not find the reservation and then finally found it, but couldn't change it and now I do not see any contact information. It has been removed from my e -mail. Help. I have now asked my credit card company to stop payment and refund the money.
Made a reservation with grand palladium and cancel it a few days late. But today 3/2/23 I was charged 428.00. I cancel my reservation in January.
Tried to charge my card $474
