I recently have bought a gift card and loaded 40 dollars into it. I was wondering why it wouldn’t want to work so I checked the balanced and saw that it charged me $40 for a random charge I never made
What is this
I paid Appalachian power and it showed up as FSI Apco.
This charge of $26.85 was from a $25.00 donation/payment made to a lady’s account whose power was being disconnected. The extra $1.85 was the fee for using this service to credit her account. This was a legitimate charge.
I have 3 different charges on my bank statement went to fsiapco billmatrix one for $224.65 one for $259.93 and one for $34.88. It was taken but Appalachian power has no record of those three charges. So where is my money and can I even get it back.
I have a charge from this company for $50.44 dated 03-15-24. I have reported to my bank it is fraud.
I paid my AEP Ohio electric bill through bill matrix using my AEP Ohio account number. I was told by AEP Ohio that they never received my payment that it was returned to my bank but could not provide me a reason as to why it was returned and the money has been withdrawn from my bank account to FSI Ohio Bill Matrix. FRAUD!
I didn’t use the card on this
Noted a charge of over $600, do not recognize source of charge
I received an email with this charge. BOGUS!!!!
