This is the Hard Rock Café in the JR (Japanese Rail) Train Station in Ueno (also spelled Uyeno) in Tokyo, Japan. Pretty expensive but legitimate.

I got an $889 charge from this 'company' on my credit card while I was in Japan. Trouble is; I was NEVER in a JR station that day and never made any purchase that came anywhere close to this amount while I was there. Reported as fraud to Capital One, but they said as I couldn't verify that my card was missing they were going to put it back on my account...and they did. I demanded they show me my signature where I authorized this purchase...refused due to "policy" on these kinds of charges. Still stuck paying for something I never bought at a place I never went as of today.
The charge on my card for JR EAST SHOPPING CENTER SIBUYAKU JPN was for train tickets. One was from Tokyo to Atami and one from Atami to Kyoto.
Disregard my previous comment - it was not for the train but some restaurant in the train station.
It's for a Uniqlo inside the subway station. I guess any (or most) shops in that shopping centre show up as such.
For me this was a uniqlo purchase.

For me it was SUICA MOBILE PAYMENT, SIBUYAKU, JP
For me this was for a sushi restaurant and supermarket, both of which was in Atre mall, which is owned by JR East
For me this was a cargo but it's not and they take my money from my card which is own by jr east

I was in Japan last feb 5-19. When I got home and checked on the expenses I did in Japan, I noticed a transaction POS W/D SV JR EAST SH SHIBUYAKU MC worth P10,013.80. I have been tracking where I made the transaction but couldn’t figure out where I did that. So i searched it in google and found this post of yours regarding this transaction. Hope I can get back my money.
