I had this on my credit card too and I think it must be the council tax . LBB must stand for London Borough of Bromley.

just had this show up on my debit card x3 payments of 100.00 gbp all on the same day. i don't live in the UK so its a fraud

I have an amount showing for £42.21 which I don’t recognise. Description is Lbb Moto. Arranging a refund as I don’t recognise this as a legitimate payment to the council.
Ha, ha totally legitimate. It was the Council’s charge for taking away some old furniture!

I have just seen LBB MOTO on my bank statement and was puzzled, anyway after some thinking I remembered it was for a Blue Badge from London Borough Bromley. So for me it was legit. I am sorry if anyone has been scammed but as I say, for me, it was definitely legit.
Scam. Bank of America called us - suspected fraud, $596 charge, we are in Florida, not the UK. Card cancelled and re-issued.
