The same place has been charging me 10 bucks a month and I have no idea why.

My Credit card account was withdrawn 3 x times more than was purchased.MICROSOFT1074AUDAUDB2C NORTH RYDE withdrew the money . My son purchased Xbox games on the 24/12, 01/01/17 and 07/01/16 but was charged Twice for each game! Contacted Microsoft assistance- they cancelled my credit card details and account but could not explain these charges . They did say account showed that we only purchased 3 times but my credit card bill states this occurred 6times twice on each occasion! Microsoft need to have a good look at this as their reputation is online -Pun indented!
My credit card was withdrawn 42 times between 8 January and 13 January. Rang Microsoft and they cannot see any transactions in the account and basically said they can help me. I have since removed my credit card details but no getting anywhere. Frustrated mum. Nirupa

called Microsoft re: the above and apparently 5 accounts were set up all with my same credit card. In-App purchases for some poker game. Surprised they didn't' have software to detect fraudulent activity like this.
This is theft surely, shouldn't the police be involved/
This is crap I have never used my card to purchase anything as yet and then find I am billed 79.95 each time, dont have an xbox so wtf, chased my bank about it and luckily they have credited it back to me so this is totally theft
$119 amount was deducted from my credit card for no reason and the above transaction details is responsible for that. Dont know what should I do!

79.95 taken from my account, don't even own an Microsoft anything!!!, changed my account details with my bank and I supposed I need to talk to Microsoft. AHHHHHH
I am fairly certain majority of these charges are due to your Microsoft office subscription being renewed.

Just today I was charged 69.95$ for god knows what.. It has all that north Ryde stuff and I don't know how that made its way onto my bank details and my credit card history
I noticed there were a few unauthorised purchases on my MasterCard and alerted the bank and the card was stopped - afterwards, I found that there had also been 13 transactions of various amounts to Microsoft over 2 days, and I had not previously bought any subscriptions.
I'm on my 5th mastercard in 4 months - commonwealth bank won't block these people. I thought we paid banks to protect our money??

If your kids have a Xbox than that's what's taking money out of your account, they've subscribed to online or have been buying games online and it displays Microsoft as its supplier. So there's no fraud happening it's just the Xbox online subscription
It's a charge for Xbox purchases, I get automatically charged monthly for my Xbox subscription through this Microsoft billing
Ive been having 32.80 come out of my bank each fortnifht i rang this merchant hes an idian who says no this is the wrong number so i warned him keep doing this one day youll be found out and shot

I live in Australia brought a couple of games for my son on his XBOX ages ago and then just happend to look thru my transaction history witch i hardly ever do and found that i had been charged 29.99x2 & 39.99x1 all on the same day to this this Microsoft account? So now im going to check just how long this has been going on for,,? I will be cancelling my card and checking my transaction history more often from now on! Not shore what else i can do about it really??

We just had them also from April for about 10 transactions totalling $150 ish. Called bank and cancelled credit card.
i FIXED IT
My Husband's card (that he hasn't even had since December 2015) has had a charge of $10.95 each month for 6 months totaling $65.70 from this Microsoft North Ryde. I phoned my bank and they cancelled the card number and told me to contact Microsoft. Microsoft advised me that it is an XBox live monthly subscription - We don't even own an XBox!! They said they would refund me this month's charge but to take it up with my bank for the rest. The Name of the person using this subscription is John Davidson, whoever the F*** this guy is, he has some nerve... i will be contacting the Federal Police about this!!
I thought this was theft... actually I have realised it was "wikicamps" A one off purchase for me, an "app" that I bought through windows 10. Not sure if that helps anyone.
They have taken over $400 off my card and I haven't brought anything but gold....
I have had $10.95 taken from my account from a card I dont have cause I cancelled my card from a previous unauthorized transaction made.
