DO YOU HAVE AND IT PROBLEM WITH YOUR SYSTEMS? YOUY OBVIOUSLY HAVE GOT MY $5.00, SO PLEASE REFUND ASAP. EVEN THOUGH IT IS A SMALL AMOUNT, THIS BEING DONE TO UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE HOUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS OF TIME DOES ADD UP. I SHALL AWAIT YOUR CREDIT. THANK YOU. NB

This is coming from vending machines, the problem is that they are charging a ton of money for the service they provide. A 4,25$ Drink ended up costing me 5,75$

*UPDATE* Nevermind the comment I made on April 19th, once the transaction has been processed the charge goes back to normal. My 4,25$ drink ended up costing 4,25$ a week later.

At first I panicked when i saw the charge and it said NB. I live in QC. Then I realized it were charges on vending machines I actually used. Verified all charges. Seems legit.

This is legit. For the first time, I used my credit card at the vending machine because I didn't have loose change or $5, $10 bills. The machine didn't accept $20 bills so weird! I ended up using my visa to buy my kiddos some chocolate bars. It's legit."

I did not use any vending machine, and this was a charge on my debit card, not my credit card. I never put my card in vending machine because I always think it may get stuck. I did not attend any amusement park neither did I use any laundromat. My charge was only $1.75, but in 2015 my credit card was charged for $2.30 from a vendor I didn't recognize, and by the time I got on the phone to have the credit card company check into it, there were fraud purchases totaling $975.00 on my MC. I know both debit and credit have fraud protection, but this is a little unsettling...

Legit, just a weird, unfamiliar name/description on credit card bill. As others have said here, related to a 3rd party vending type machine where a purchase was made. Mine was from a independent touchless car wash purchase.

We have noticed several charges, in addition to the displayed amount at two car washes, one being the car wash in Didsbury Ab. The wash is usually around $7.50, the next item on the statement is either $5.00, $7.00 and once $14.00 from the same vendor. Next call, Visa.

This charge continues to show up on my visa even after cancelling the card! How do i get it to stop!

when i first saw all the charges on my credit card statement from this unknown merchant i started to panic and thought it was some kind of fraudulent activity. but then i came here and saw that the company is associated with vending machines and read all the comments and that's when i remembered all the transactions i had made. *whew* that was a close one...

It threw me off at first but it's for a car wash, I used my credit card in the machine in the wash stall, so it's legitimate :)

I was at a movie theatre and used it for a vending ice cream in a cup $7.00. It was totally worth it by the way. Saw it on my cc and didn't recognize Fredericton NB and it took me a day to trace my day. It is legit for me as well. I live in BC. Hope it helps!

For me, it was a dog wash with self serve pay by credit card machine in Toronto. Legit charge, took a minute to remember what I did that day.

l will admit this charge caught off guard when it showed up on my credit card, as a charge from Fredericton NB. On that day I used it for a hospital parking machine in NS so my confusion. It was a legit charge but will monitor my card closer for the future.

The same payment processor is being used for some electric vehicle charging stations. This was the case with my charges.

If you use a card reader on a vending machine of any kind and the reader says “Nayax” on it your debit or credit card statement will read “Nayax Fredericton inc. NB” it is very “Legitimate” !!

Not happy that I've been charged for something that was NOT very clear on any signage within the self park. Would have been nice to know there was a charge (that was 70% of my purchase!!) so I would have had the choice to then use cash. Sounds "scamish" to me, but if legitimate then I feel the Parking Lot should have something more "visual" so that customers know BEFORE purchase.

I have Nayax Canada Inc. Fredericton charges on my credit card for $14.63 and $16.30. I have not used vending machine, no laundry mat, no amusement park. This happened on both my credit cards a couple months ago and I now have new cards. Now these charges are on my new card, I have no idea what these charges are for. Very concerning.

I was worried about this transaction as the name was not familiar to me. After checking the calendar I noted that it was the day I attended a movie with my son. We used a tap pay photo booth which had a cost of $10.00. Only mentioned as I see that other comments have helped people recall legitimate transactions.

It is vending or locker rental. I was at Lake Louise ski resort and rented a locker. This is how the charge showed up on my credit card. Completely legit.

It took me a while to realize what this was, since I don’t buy food from vending machines. Later I realized it was a buggy rental for my kid at the mall. We rented a car cart for my toddler to “drive” around in. Legit!

I keep getting a mo they charge from this company.

They charge small amount but frequently per month. But they space out a couple months in between so it's not easy to spot. I was charged since November last year without noticing it. They charged 6 times 6$ in Nov. 3 times 6$ in March, 3 times 6$ in June! So there's a pattern. Look out! The company's name appeared on the statement is NAYAX CANADA INC MASTE. FREDERICTON NB

Two charges from "NAYAX CANADA INC". I believe they relate to use of an "Electrify Canada" fast EV charger. Avoid Electrify Canada chargers if you can. They charger 70¢ per kWh, while many others charge only 39¢.

They have a vending machine in Kamloops and Aberdeen mall and it doesn’t work and there’s no sign on it saying out of order and it’s brand new but it doesn’t work and there’s nothing indicating that it shouldn’t work has everything in it has everything it needs, but it won’t work and it’s been two weeks and the guy still has not giving me my $4.99 Refund or called me back
