https://mullvad.net/en, VPN provider. parent company Amagicom, AB based in Sweden
I just saw this today and put in dispute with my credit card company for this.
Indeed, this is VPN provider mullvad, you can cancel the subscription by logging in into https://mullvad.net/en with your Mullvad account number (provided by them earlier, mine is 12 digits), they have a 'cancel subscription' button which leads to a Paypal 'cancel subscription' page. So not a hoax, just a (unwanted?) subscription.
This is a monthly charge for the international VPN provider Mullvad.
Attempted to fraudulently deduct monies from my bank account. My bank was alerted as they had them on a list of suspicious entities, and they contacted me
This is Mullvad VPN. They are legit and very good VPN provider.
Amagicom AB is Mullvad's parent company. Our company only charges customers when they add credit to their account.
Most excellent VPN for only $5 or so ( in Euros). Totally legit. I forget myself what I've charged on PayPal
