After spending alot of time investigating this charge...i came here & read the comments which triggered my memory - i DID use my card in a vending machine at wal-mart, for a soda. I was confused because it says "winter haven", j i hadnt been there but i used the vending machine in a neighboring city, very close, so it makes perfect sense that the PBC bottling COMPANY is in Winterhaven, & probably owns the vending machine that i bought a PEPSI out of. So, I am now convinced the charge is legit. Thank you.
Yes, I have seen this charge. It is from a drink machine. I just purchased a drink about 5 minutes ago and it came up as PBC Winter Haven.
